Meet the dark folklore, bloody saint legends and medieval mystic where jewelry and precious stones could cure poison and amulets with runes protects you from the dark. Meet different Scandinavian nightmare creatures from the folklore as Gloson (a demon boar), “Maran” (whom Nightmare /Mardröm comes from), and Lyktgubben (the lantern man) who are a bit similar to Jack the Lantern.

Explore the background to Halloween and All saints day on this exiting walk going true the alleys of Old Town in Stockholm or around the area of the magnificent Uppsala Cathedral.

Location: Stockholm Old Town, start at the Nobel museum staircase. At Uppsala city we meet at Riddartorget just at the side of Uppsala Cathedral.
