Discover Uppsala & Sigtuna: A Historic Day Tour from Stockholm

On this day tour from Stockholm you will visit the urban city of Uppsala and the cozy small wooden town of Sigtuna. In Uppsala Northern Europe’s biggest cathedral awaits, a lot of 17th C houses on the eastern bank as well as buildings connected to Scandinavia’s oldest university and some museums. If open we will visit ht national thresure the Silver bible, explore about the murders at the castle, stroll along the botanical garden if summertime and explore the history and beauty of the city.

In Sigtuna we get flung back into a Swedish 17th C small town with the smallest townhall in the country as well as Viking roots. We will walk along small, cozy wooden houses not found normally in Swedish cities today.
